WOSP — Workspace Operations & Security Portal

One portal for every Google Workspace tenant you manage.

WOSP is a partner portal for MSPs who manage Google Workspace: tenants, users, security findings, and day-to-day admin.

Built by MSPs, for MSPs.

Why WOSP

Shaped by how MSPs actually work

Every feature below started as a problem we hit managing Workspace tenants ourselves.

MSP-first

Every screen assumes you manage more than one tenant, because you do.

Google Workspace native

Native to Google Workspace, not a Microsoft 365 tool stretched to cover it.

Security-minded

Findings, drift detection, and compromise response sit alongside the daily admin work, not in a separate tool.

Day-to-day admin

The ordinary work MSPs already do, not just the reporting layer on top of it.

Why we built it

Built out of necessity

We manage Google Workspace for many clients. For years there was no partner portal for that work.

  1. The problem

Every change meant another Admin Console login. Suspend a user, fix a group, check a finding: open the next tenant and do it again.

  2. Scripts

We automated the worst of it and ran that stack for years. It helped, but scripts are not a portal your technicians can use.

  3. WOSP

Those scripts became WOSP. It runs our client base in production today: one place for tenants, users, security, and day-to-day admin.

WOSP is not generally available yet. If that changes, it will change here first.

Inspired by CIPP. WOSP was inspired by the incredible work of the CyberDrain team on CIPP, the tool that showed MSPs what a real Microsoft 365 partner portal could look like. We're building that same spirit of MSP-first tooling for Google Workspace.

Features

A few of the things WOSP handles

See the features page for the full list.

Bulk actions

Suspend, offboard, relicense, or move users across a tenant in one pass. The Admin Console makes you do it one at a time.

Scheduled lifecycle

Queue a new hire for their start date and a departure for their last day. Both run without you.

Client baselines

Define the posture you expect, then see which tenants have drifted from it and what to do about each one.

Google or Entra ID sign-in

Your techs sign in with the identity provider you already run, with a wizard that builds the Entra app for you.

Client self-service

Scoped logins your clients use themselves. Something to package and charge for.

REST API and MCP

Automate across every tenant, or point Claude and Cursor at it over MCP with the same roles and scoping.
